Having spent the last 30 years working for an international

company as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist, Karen has now joined the Cove team in readiness for 2018.

​

She will carry out a generalist role and be the main point of contact for the day-to-day running of the business. Oh... and she just happens to be Thomas and Oliver's mother, so literally part of the Cove family.

Not a lot of people know this but...Karen turned into a 'crazy cat lady' after rescuing a very large family of cats and keeping them all!
